This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and the services provided by Lussommo. The effective date of these terms is 11/04/2024, and the publication of a new version invalidates all previous versions. Data Processing

Webshop Software WooCommerce

Our webshop is developed using WooCommerce software. Any personal data you provide to us for our services is shared with this provider. WooCommerce has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, and they will never use your data for another purpose. WooCommerce is obligated, based on the agreement we have with them, to take appropriate security measures. These security measures include the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. WooCommerce uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software; however, no personal data is collected and/or stored. WooCommerce reserves the right to share collected data within the corporate group to further improve the service.

Web Hosting Siteground

We utilize web hosting and email services from Siteground. Siteground processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services, which are not considered personal data. Siteground has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Siteground is bound by confidentiality based on the agreement.

Email and Mailing Lists MailChimp

We send our email newsletters using MailChimp. MailChimp will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every email sent automatically via our website, you will find the ‘unsubscribe’ link. By clicking this link, you will no longer receive our newsletter. Your personal data is securely stored by MailChimp. MailChimp uses cookies and other internet technologies to track whether emails are opened and read. MailChimp reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share information with third parties for this purpose.

For regular business email traffic, we use the services of Siteground. This party has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, and corruption of your and our data. Siteground does not have access to our mailbox, and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.

Payment Processors Klarna Stripe

For processing (part of) the payments in our webshop, we use the platforms of Klarna and Stripe. Klarna and Stripe process your name, address, place of residence data, and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Klarna and Stripe have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Klarna and Stripe reserve the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymized) data with third parties for this purpose. In the event of a request for a deferred payment (credit facility), Klarna and Stripe may share personal data and information about your financial position with credit rating agencies. All safeguards mentioned above regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to parts of Klarna’s and Stripe’s services for which they engage third parties. Klarna and Stripe do not retain your data longer than is permitted by law.

We collect reviews via the WebwinkelKeur platform. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur, you are required to provide a name and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this data with us, allowing us to link the review to your order. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to provide an explanation of your review. If we invite you to leave a review, we share your name and email address with WebwinkelKeur. They use this data solely for the purpose of inviting you to leave a review. WebwinkelKeur has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. WebwinkelKeur reserves the right to engage third parties for the provision of services; we have given permission to WebwinkelKeur for this purpose. Shipping and Logistics PostNL DHL

When you place an order with us, it is our responsibility to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL and DHL for the execution of deliveries. For this purpose, we need to share your name, address, and place of residence details with PostNL and DHL. PostNL and DHL use this data solely for the execution of the agreement. In the event that PostNL and DHL engage subcontractors, PostNL and DHL also provide your data to these parties.

Invoicing and Accounting Efactuurdirect

For our administration and accounting, we use the services of Efactuurdirect. We share your name, address, and place of residence details, as well as details regarding your order. This data is used for the administration of sales invoices. Your personal data is sent and stored securely. Efactuurdirect is obligated to confidentiality and will treat your data confidentially. Efactuurdirect does not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.

External Sales Channels Bol.com

We sell (part of) our items through the Bol.com platform. If you place an order via this platform, Bol.com shares your order and personal data with us. We use this data to process your order. We handle your data confidentially and have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorized use.

Purpose of Data Processing

The general purpose of processing is to use your data solely for our services. This means that the purpose of processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use this data to contact you at a later time – other than at your request – we will ask for your explicit consent. Your data is not shared with third parties, except to meet accounting and other administrative obligations. We retain your data as long as you are a client of ours. This means that we keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services.
